ACG_3675_JOB Our client is a leading food manufacturing company in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm. Quality Management Control and maintain quality management systems. Develop SOPs, work instructions, and inspection methods to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Propose improvements related to hygiene standards, chemical usage, PPE, and cost optimization. Ensure all raw materials, packaging, semi-finished products, and finished products meet required standards. Ensure production processes and operations comply with QC requirements. Facilities & Laboratory Management Manage chemical and physical laboratories, including equipment, tools, glassware, and chemicals. Oversee calibration activities for internal and external measuring equipment. Ensure new equipment and processes comply with BRC, HACCP, and regulatory standards. Maintain all measuring devices in good working condition. HSE Management Deploy and maintain HSE systems across the organization. Coordinate with Plant Managers and department heads to implement HSE programs, policies, procedures, and training activities. Ensure HSE procedures and work instructions are standardized according to the company’s development orientation. Manage risk assessment and hazard identification activities across plant operations. Work with external certification and regulatory organizations to maintain compliance systems. Ensure high compliance in HIRAC implementation and risk control activities. Team Management Arrange, assign, and supervise tasks within the Quality Department. Ensure team compliance with quality control procedures and methods. Lead, coach, and develop team capability. Other Responsibilities Coordinate with Production and related departments to resolve incidents and improve food safety and quality systems. Conduct periodic and ad-hoc audits on quality and food safety management systems. Identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Perform other tasks assigned by management. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Technology, Food Processing & Preservation, Biotechnology, or related fields. Experience 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management roles within food processing companies. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and food safety, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, slaughtering and meat processing operations, preferably chicken or pork, 5S, and safe chemical handling. Competencies Good Microsoft Office skills. Strong communication, management, and leadership capabilities. Ability to build and motivate teams. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Independent and adaptable under changing conditions and pressure. Language Vietnamese required. English proficiency is preferred.
