ACG_3703_JOB Our client is a leading home appliance company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Achieve the annual sales revenue and KPI targets established by Management. Develop and implement an annual business plan to deliver the agreed sales objectives. Track monthly sales performance against assigned targets and implement corrective action plans whenever results fall below expectations. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and a well-managed pipeline covering a forward-looking period of at least 3-6 months. Identify and develop new business opportunities across retail, project, and B2B sales channels. Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, retailers, and homeowners. Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospect identification, quotation preparation, negotiation, and project follow-up. Continuously monitor competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends, and provide relevant recommendations to Management. Deliver product presentations and conduct showroom demonstrations. Ensure the sales pipeline and customer database are consistently accurate and up to date. Support showroom events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives. Work closely with the Marketing, Service, and Operations teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system. Prepare visit reports, sales reports, forecasts, and business updates for Management. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Possess at least 5 years of relevant sales experience. Experience in premium or luxury consumer goods, project sales, or related industries is preferred. Demonstrate strong commercial awareness and effective negotiation capabilities. Possess excellent relationship management and customer engagement skills. Fluent in Vietnamese with strong written and spoken English proficiency. Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
