ACG_3855_JOB Our client is a leading MNC bank in Vietnam & the world. JOB PURPOSE Acquire and nurture a Preferred Customer portfolio through the Bank’s products, including deposits, secured lending, and investments, where applicable. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Planning & Execution Prioritize the acquisition of Preferred Customers, defined as customers maintaining a relationship balance with the Bank of at least VND 1 billion / USD 50,000 or the equivalent in FCY. Promote the Bank’s products, including deposits, secured lending (excluding Mortgage/Car Loans), and investments, where applicable. Promote other Bank products and services that management may deem relevant for distribution to Preferred Customers through sales referrals. Promote digital journeys and experiences to customers. Actively participate in Preferred Customer acquisition programs and events. Demonstrate strong sales presentation and closing skills for Bank products and services. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of product features and benefits. Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by competitors in priority banking. Customer Relationship Actively retain and nurture the existing Preferred Customer base by applying the “Farmer” concept. Establish and maintain relationships with upper mass affluent customers and respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner. Develop relationships with and manage HNW individuals, with the ability to acquire and onboard them as CIMB Preferred Customers. People Management Encourage and promote teamwork within the branch sales team by providing assistance, including training, knowledge sharing, and covering colleagues’ duties where necessary. Identify and share new ideas and approaches to increase sales and maximize customer experience. Maintain a conducive and professional working relationship within the Sales and Branch teams. Maintain a professional business image at all times through high standards of housekeeping and personal grooming. Participate in the continuous Professional Development Program. Compliance Strictly comply with the Bank’s policies and procedures. Comply with the Code of Sales Ethics and Governance. Requirements JOB SPECIFICATION Degree, Diploma, CFP, or other equivalent qualification. At least 2 years of proven and progressive experience in financial services and/or retail sales, or equivalent experience. Proven relationship management experience with high-net-worth clients. Strong networking capabilities, proactive approach, strong sales drive, and results-oriented mindset. Good English communication skills. Mature mindset with the ability to effectively engage with High-Net-Worth customers and acquire Preferred Customer membership. Strong team-player attitude. Self-starter with a proactive sales drive and sales management capability. Willingness and ability to travel throughout the region for Preferred Customer acquisition activities. Strong telemarketing skills. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
