ACG_3741_JOB Our client is a fast-growing cybersecurity company in Singapore, seeking experienced professionals to join their organization. Drive sales of identity management and application security solutions, including strong authentication, single sign-on, and identity and access management, to enterprise customers. Knowledge of enterprise digital transformation is preferred. Develop and implement effective sales and channel strategies to achieve assigned territory sales targets. Lead business development activities by cultivating new opportunities and building a strong, sustainable sales pipeline. Strengthen direct customer engagement and accelerate pipeline growth through executive alignment and strategic channel partnerships. Collaborate closely with presales and technical teams to present security solutions to end customers, taking the lead in converting business opportunities into qualified pipelines and closed deals. Work closely with channel partners to secure their commitment to selling and promoting the Company’s solutions to end customers. Ensure accurate sales pipeline forecasting and maintain disciplined use of the CRM system to support sales planning and reporting. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification. At least 5 years of experience in IT software, solution, or service sales, with a proven record of success in key account penetration and management. More than 10 years of experience managing accounts in the banking, financial services, or channel sector is considered an advantage. Demonstrated success in a hunter sales role, with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets. Previous experience selling enterprise security solutions, particularly Identity, Credential, and Access Management solutions, is preferred. Excellent written and spoken English communication and presentation skills, preferably with experience working in a multinational corporate environment. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage senior executives at major accounts and support the achievement of sales objectives. Proven experience in account management and channel sales. Strong problem-solving, leadership, decision-making, and analytical skills.
