ACG_3733_JOB Our client is a company specialized in industrial gases, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to ensure recruitment needs are fulfilled within the required timelines. Monitor recruitment performance through KPIs, data analysis, and cost optimization initiatives to continuously improve hiring effectiveness. Strengthen the employer brand by leading recruitment marketing and employer branding activities. Build and maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment channels. Workforce Planning and Organization Management Develop and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with business growth and organizational priorities. Oversee headcount planning and organizational structures to ensure effective resource allocation and operational efficiency. Regularly analyze workforce trends, manpower gaps, and key headcount indicators to support strategic decision-making. Training and Development Develop and oversee the annual training plan to strengthen organizational capabilities in line with business priorities. Design and implement talent identification and development programs, succession planning, leadership development initiatives, and onboarding programs to accelerate employee integration and support long-term capability development. Oversee and manage employee mobility processes. Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and recommend continuous improvements. HR Projects and Regional Collaboration Lead and support regional and global HR initiatives to ensure successful implementation in Vietnam. Drive HR process improvement and digitalization projects to enhance operational excellence and employee experience. Collaborate closely with regional and global HR teams Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 6 years of progressive HR experience, with solid exposure to Talent Acquisition, Training, or Development. Experience in multinational or manufacturing environments is preferred. Proven experience in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and the employer value proposition. Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills. Professional proficiency in English. Benefits Attractive compensation package.
