Automotive Service Valet

Al Packer Ford Royal Palm Beach

Al Packer Ford is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Automotive Service Valet & Porter to join our team. This role helps create a smooth and convenient service experience by assisting with vehicle pickup and delivery, moving vehicles, and supporting the service department's daily operations.

Comfort using a cell phone and navigating our pickup and delivery app is a MUST for this position. Candidates must be comfortable using mobile technology to manage pickups, deliveries, and related tasks throughout the day.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
  • One or two Saturdays per month: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments
  • Use a cell phone and the dealership's pickup and delivery app to manage routes, appointments, and job updates
  • Safely drive and move customer vehicles as needed
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service during pickups and deliveries
  • Assist the service department with vehicle organization and other daily tasks
  • Follow dealership procedures to ensure vehicles are handled safely and professionally

Qualifications

  • Comfortable using a smartphone and navigating mobile apps
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized
  • Able to work independently and manage daily tasks
  • Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but not required
