ALPADIA – Language Schools ist eine Sprachschulgruppe, die Aufenthalte in der Schweiz, Frankreich, England und Deutschland organisiert. ALPADIA bietet seinen Studierenden vier Schulen für Erwachsene und 17 Kurszentren für Kinder und Jugendliche, in denen Französisch-, Deutsch- und Englischkurse organisiert werden.

Stellenbeschreibung

Für die Sommersaison 2024 sucht ALPADIA ein(e)n Camp Manager(in) .

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führung des Teams
  • Gesamtdurchführung / Leitung des Kurszentrums für 40 bis 80 Jugendliche
  • Organisation der Ankünfte von Schülern und Eltern
  • Planung der Woche: Tagesprogramm mit Sprachkursen und Aktivitäten, Zuteilung der Klassen
  • Ansprechpartner für alle Jugendlichen und Projektpartner: Unterkunft, Aktivitäten, Transport usw.
  • Bericht an die und Abstimmung mit der ALPADIA-Zentrale

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Student/Absolvent einer Hotelfachschule oder Wirtschaftshochschule bzw. gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in Ferienkurszentren oder ähnlichen Einrichtungen
  • Fähigkeit zur Führung eines Teams aus Lehrkräften & Kursleitern/Betreuern
  • Muttersprachliche Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative
  • Vielseitig, flexibel und belastbar
  • Führerschein
  • Kenntnisse der Region erwünscht
