Job Description

The Business Development Assistant will work closely with the business development team to identify opportunities, support client outreach, coordinate follow-ups, maintain organized business records, and assist with day-to-day activities that contribute to company growth.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, communicative, and eager to develop a career in business development.

Responsibilities

  • Support business development initiatives and daily operations.
  • Identify and research potential clients, partners, and business opportunities.
  • Assist with outreach and communication with prospective clients.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities.
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect information.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and business materials.
  • Track business opportunities and maintain organized records of ongoing conversations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support company objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to the business development team.
  • Help maintain strong and professional relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as business needs evolve.
