Job Description

GG Media is seeking a confident and personable Call Center Representative to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

In this role, you will communicate directly with customers, provide accurate information, assist with inquiries, and help create a professional and positive customer experience.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, works well in a team environment, and is motivated to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Assist customers with questions, requests, and general inquiries.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and helpful information.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional tone during every interaction.
  • Document customer conversations and relevant information accurately.
  • Follow company procedures and communication standards.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve customer needs.
