Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you will play an important role in developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.

You will be responsible for identifying potential opportunities, initiating conversations, understanding business needs, and helping move qualified prospects through the business development process.

This position is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with others, highly organized, motivated by goals, and interested in developing valuable sales and business development skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with prospective clients and business opportunities
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with potential customers and partners
  • Conduct outreach and introduce Skillbridge Academy's services and solutions
  • Understand prospective clients' needs and identify opportunities where Skillbridge Academy can provide value
  • Qualify leads and help move opportunities through the business development pipeline
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-up conversations with prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records of communications, opportunities, and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives
  • Meet individual and team performance goals
  • Develop a strong understanding of Skillbridge Academy's services and value proposition
