Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Retail Staff team member to support daily operations and provide an exceptional experience for customers.

In this role, you will interact directly with customers, assist with product and service inquiries, maintain an organized and welcoming environment, and work closely with the team to achieve operational and customer service goals.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in developing valuable communication, customer service, and business skills.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly assistance.
  • Help customers identify products or services that meet their needs.
  • Answer questions clearly and provide accurate information.
  • Support daily retail operations and maintain an organized work environment.
  • Assist with transactions and general customer service activities.
  • Maintain professional presentation standards throughout the workplace.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly objectives.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Develop a strong understanding of available products and services.
  • Contribute to a positive, productive, and customer-focused team culture.
