Job Description

Brixton Corp is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team in Miami, FL.

In this role, you will communicate with customers, provide information and assistance, respond to inquiries, and help ensure every interaction reflects the professionalism and service standards of Brixton Corp.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable communicating by phone, and able to maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries, requests, and service-related concerns.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication during every interaction.
  • Accurately document customer conversations and relevant information.
  • Follow established company procedures and communication guidelines.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or next steps.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors when additional assistance is required.
  • Maintain productivity and service quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Represent Brixton Corp with professionalism and attention to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently over the phone.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning company systems.
