Job Description

GG Media is seeking a motivated and personable Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team in Baton Rouge.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing their communication and sales abilities. You will work directly with prospective and existing customers, learn how to identify their needs, present solutions effectively, and contribute to the continued growth of the company.

No specific previous sales experience is required. We are looking for individuals with the right attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Communicate company products, services, and solutions clearly and professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process and provide a high level of service.
  • Participate in sales training and professional development programs.
  • Work toward individual and team sales objectives.
  • Maintain accurate information related to customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies.
  • Develop strong knowledge of company services and customer needs.
  • Represent GG Media with professionalism and confidence.
