Job Description

Strive Global is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our growing team in New York City.

In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of engaging events and promotional activities. Working alongside a collaborative team, you will help ensure smooth operations, create positive attendee experiences, and contribute to the success of each event.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, organization, and execution of events and promotional initiatives.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue preparation, materials, scheduling, and on-site setup.
  • Welcome and engage attendees while maintaining a professional and approachable presence.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event operations and successful outcomes.
  • Represent the company's values and maintain high standards of professionalism.
  • Support event registration, guest coordination, and attendee inquiries.
