Job Description

GG Media is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Service Account Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX.

In this role, you will support daily account operations, maintain positive client relationships, and ensure services are delivered efficiently and professionally. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate activities, resolve inquiries, and contribute to an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination and management of client accounts and daily service activities.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and updates.

  • Monitor account activities and assist in resolving service concerns.
