Job Description

Brixton Corp is seeking a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Fayetteville, NC.

In this role, you will contribute to the planning and execution of innovative marketing initiatives, strengthen brand visibility, and support customer engagement through strategic, face-to-face marketing activities.

The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic communicator who enjoys collaborating with others, developing creative solutions, and transforming ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Represent the company's brand professionally during in-person marketing activities and customer interactions.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Support event coordination, product presentations, and customer engagement activities.
