Job Description

As a Service Account Assistant, you will help support client accounts while working closely with internal teams to ensure service requests, account information, and daily operational needs are handled accurately and efficiently.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients and team members. You will play an important part in maintaining positive client relationships and helping ensure a smooth service experience from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day coordination and support of client accounts.
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding service needs, updates, and general account inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate account information, records, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to help resolve service requests and account-related matters.
  • Track open requests and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Identify account needs and communicate important updates to the appropriate team members.
  • Help maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
  • Support the account management team with ongoing projects and operational priorities.
  • Ensure information is handled accurately, professionally, and confidentially.
