  • Verantwortung für die Qualität und Lebensmittelsicherheit von Primär-, Sekundär- und Tertiärverpackungen
  • Qualifizierung, Freigabe und Bewertung von Verpackungsmaterialien in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Produktion, Entwicklung und Kunden
  • Prüfung und Bewertung von Konformitätserklärungen, Spezifikationen und rechtlichen Anforderungen für Verpackungsmaterialien
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung nationaler und internationaler lebensmittelrechtlicher Vorgaben (z. B. EU-Verordnungen, Bedarfsgegenständerecht, GMP, PPWR)
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen hinsichtlich Produktsicherheit und Packmittelkonformität
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Abweichungen und CAPA-Maßnahmen im Bereich Packstoffe
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Lieferantenmanagements einschließlich Lieferantenbewertungen und Audits
  • Mitarbeit bei Kunden-, Lieferanten- und Zertifizierungsaudits (z. B. IFS)
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Spezifikationen sowie QM-relevanten Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung bei Verpackungsumstellungen, Neuentwicklungen und Change-Management-Prozessen
  • Durchführung von Schulungen zu Verpackungsmaterialien und Qualitätsanforderungen

Die perfekte Ergänzung für uns

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnologie, Verpackungstechnik, Ökotrophologie, Chemie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Alternativ eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Qualitätsmanagement
  • Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement der Lebensmittelindustrie, Verpackungsindustrie oder verwandten Bereichen
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen Anforderungen für Lebensmittelkontaktmaterialien (z. B. EU-Verordnungen, Bedarfsgegenständerecht)
  • Erfahrung mit Qualitätsstandards wie IFS Food und GMP von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
