Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team entwickeln Sie Verpackungslösungen, die Kundenanforderungen optimal erfüllen und gleichzeitig eine wirtschaftliche und effiziente industrielle Fertigung gewährleisten.

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams Packmittelentwicklung mit derzeit drei Mitarbeitenden. Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Vertiefung des Fachwissens innerhalb des Teams
  • Schaffung transparenter Strukturen und Verantwortlichkeiten sowie Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung effizienter Entwicklungs- und Freigabeprozesse
  • Sicherstellung einer effektiven Kommunikation sowohl intern als auch mit den Kunden und Dienstleistern
  • Beratung nationaler und internationaler Kunden hinsichtlich Verpackungsmaterialien, Funktionen und technischer Möglichkeiten
  • Entwicklung von Packmittel- und Verpackungskonzepten unter Berücksichtigung von Kundenanforderungen, Produktschutz, Nachhaltigkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Sicherstellung und Optimierung der technischen Umsetzbarkeit in der Serienfertigung
  • Überwachung, Sicherstellung und Einhaltung relevanter gesetzlicher Anforderungen, Normen und Verpackungsrichtlinien

Die perfekte Ergänzung für uns

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Packmitteltechnologie, Verpackungstechnik, Lebensmitteltechnologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Führungs- und Berufserfahrung in der Verpackungs- oder Packmittelentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelindustrie oder in einem regulierten Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse relevanter Gesetze, Verordnungen und Standards im Verpackungsbereich
  • Verständnis industrieller Produktions- und Fertigungsprozesse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
