一、岗位职责： 1、软件开发与编码：根据设计方案，使用合适的编程语言和开发工具进行 EMS 软件的编码实现。负责各个功能模块的开发，如数据采集与处理模块、能量优化调度模块、设备监控模块等。进行单元测试和集成测试，确保代码质量，及时修复发现的软件缺陷。 2、系统集成与调试：将开发好的 EMS 软件与工商业储能系统中的其他设备（如电池管理系统、变流器、电表等）进行集成，确保系统之间的通信和协同工作正常。参与现场调试工作，解决软件在实际运行环境中出现的问题，确保系统稳定运行。 3、软件维护与优化：对已上线的 EMS 软件进行日常维护，及时处理用户反馈的问题和软件故障。根据用户需求和系统运行情况，对软件进行功能优化和性能提升，提高系统的易用性和效率。跟踪行业技术发展趋势，引入新的技术和方法，对软件进行持续改进。 4、文档编写与管理：编写详细的技术文档，包括需求规格说明书、设计文档、用户手册等，确保文档的完整性和准确性。对软件版本进行管理，记录软件的开发过程和变更历史，方便后续的维护和升级。

二、能力要求 1、技术能力：熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如 C++、Python、Java 等，具备良好的编程习惯和代码质量意识。熟悉数据库开发和管理，如 SQL Server、MySQL 等，能够进行数据库设计和优化。了解通信协议，如 Modbus、TCP/IP 等，能够实现软件与硬件设备之间的数据通信。掌握软件开发流程和方法，如敏捷开发、瀑布模型等，具备较强的软件设计和开发能力。 2、专业知识：具备扎实的电力系统知识，了解工商业储能系统的工作原理和组成结构。熟悉储能系统的能量管理策略和优化算法，能够实现储能系统的能量优化调度。了解电力市场相关政策和机制，对储能系统在电力市场中的应用有一定的认识。 问题解决能力：具备较强的问题分析和解决能力，能够快速定位和解决软件在开发和运行过程中出现的问题。能够应对各种技术挑战，提出合理的解决方案，确保项目的顺利进行。 3、团队协作能力：能够与团队成员（包括硬件工程师、测试工程师、项目经理等）进行有效的沟通和协作，共同完成项目任务。具备良好的团队合作精神，能够积极参与团队讨论和决策，分享自己的经验和知识。 学习能力：由于储能行业技术发展迅速，需要具备较强的学习能力，能够快速掌握新的技术和知识，不断提升自己的专业水平。关注行业动态和技术趋势，及时将新技术应用到项目中。
