性别不限，24-35岁 大专以上学历，工业工程类兼理工科相关专业 有过3年IE职位经验，规模企业同等岗位2年以上经验 系统学习过工业工程等专业理工科知识，具备IE经验，了解当地劳动法律法规、具备ESD相关知识并可以运用。 熟练工艺技术各项业务操作，熟练运用office、MES系统、ERP系统、OA系统，熟练运用CAD； 技能要求： 1.会运用IE七大手法分析制程工艺问题。 2.了解MES的系统架构及主要组成模块和作用。 3.了解标准工时的制定方式及标准产能的制定方式。 4.会运用Visio构绘制程流程图。 5.有较强的逻辑思维、团队协作能力及抗压能力，有很强的沟通协调能力。"
