本科及以上学历，电子、自动化、计算机、软件工程等相关专业，3 年以上嵌入式软件测试经验 熟悉嵌入式系统架构，了解 ARM 等主流处理器架构，掌握嵌入式 Linux 系统测试方法 具备储能 EMS、能源管理系统、工业控制或电力电子相关领域测试经验者优先 熟悉软件测试流程和方法，能够独立设计测试用例，掌握黑盒测试、白盒测试、灰盒测试等测试技术 掌握至少一种脚本语言（Python/Shell 等），有自动化测试脚本开发经验者优先 熟悉常用测试工具，如 Git、JIRA、Jenkins 等，有测试自动化平台搭建经验者优先 了解储能系统相关标准和规范，如 IEC、GB 等相关标准者优先 具备良好的沟通能力、问题分析能力和团队协作精神，工作严谨细致，有责任心 能够阅读英文技术文档，具备良好的英语听说读写能力 该岗位需要工程师对工商业储能 EMS 系统有深入理解，能够针对能源管理、电池充放电控制、功率调度等核心功能进行全面测试，确保产品在各种工况下的稳定性和可靠性。
