主要职责 负责欧洲BESS项目Warranty、O&M及LTSA的整体管理，包括故障响应、维修、预防性维护、备件及重大问题闭环。 建立欧洲 L1–L2–L3技术支持体系：Local FSE/Service Partner → Europe Technical Expert → HQ Engineering/R&D，并建立明确的响应及Escalation机制。 建立项目从Site & Commissioning向O&M的正式Take-over流程，确保技术资料、软件版本、备件、Punch List及遗留问题完整移交。 建立欧洲FSE及Service Partner网络，负责服务商选择、培训、认证、绩效及服务质量管理。 建立欧洲备件体系和区域仓储策略，定义Critical Spare、库存水平及补货机制。 管理客户重大故障、重复性质量问题及升级投诉，推动8D/RCA/CAPA，并将现场问题反馈至产品、研发和质量体系。 负责LTSA履约管理，包括Availability、Response Time、Maintenance、LD等核心服务KPI，并支持新项目LTSA方案、成本及服务边界评审。 建立Remote Monitoring、工单、Knowledge Base、故障数据库及服务数据分析体系，持续降低MTTR和重复故障率。 根据欧洲业务增长规划本地售后团队、预算及能力建设。
