岗位职责 -作为业主代表负责储能电站项目自 RTB 至 COD 阶段的投建管理 -统筹 EPC、设备商、电网及第三方机构，确保项目按期并网投运 -管理 EPC 合同执行、关键里程碑、并网测试及验收 -前往项目现场进行监督与协调，及时发现并推动解决现场问题 -协调内部投资、法务、财务及运维团队，处理投建阶段风险与变更 -推动项目顺利移交至运营阶段，保障资产合规与可运营

任职要求 -本科及以上学历，电力工程、能源或相关专业 -3年以上新能源/储能或电力工程项目管理经验，有 RTB–COD 项目经历 -熟悉欧洲储能项目 EPC 管理及并网流程 -英语可作为工作语言，掌握欧洲第二门语言优先（德语/西班牙语/波兰语等），具备良好的协调与执行能力 -能适应频繁出差至欧洲各项目地进行现场管理
