SOBRE EL PUESTO

Buscamos un/a Bar Manager con visión, personalidad y una sólida experiencia en gestión de bares dentro de conceptos de hospitality de alto nivel.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar la operación del bar, desarrollar al equipo y garantizar los más altos estándares de servicio, calidad y rentabilidad, creando experiencias excepcionales para nuestros clientes en dos destinos internacionales.

Invierno en Dubái. Verano en Ibiza. Una misma marca, dos escenarios únicos.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

  • Liderar y supervisar las operaciones diarias del bar, garantizando un servicio excelente y consistente.
  • Gestionar, formar y motivar al equipo, fomentando una cultura de alto rendimiento, colaboración y atención al detalle.
  • Garantizar la calidad, consistencia y presentación de cócteles, bebidas y demás productos del bar.
  • Supervisar inventarios, pedidos, control de costes, mermas y gestión de proveedores.
  • Analizar los resultados del bar, controlar los indicadores de rendimiento y contribuir a la consecución de los objetivos financieros.
  • Desarrollar y mantener estándares operativos, procedimientos y controles que aseguren la eficiencia del departamento.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de sala, cocina y dirección para ofrecer una experiencia integrada y memorable.
  • Mantenerse al día de las tendencias en mixología, bebidas y experiencias de bar, aportando nuevas ideas que eleven la propuesta de CLAP.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de higiene, seguridad y legislación aplicable.
  • Adaptarse a la dinámica de dos destinos internacionales, manteniendo la identidad y los estándares de CLAP durante ambas temporadas.

PERFIL QUE BUSCAMOS

  • Experiencia demostrable como Bar Manager o en una posición de responsabilidad similar en restaurantes premium, luxury hospitality o conceptos de alta gastronomía.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de mixología, bebidas, gestión de costes e indicadores financieros.
  • Experiencia liderando, formando y desarrollando equipos multiculturales.
  • Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y organización.
  • Orientación al cliente, atención al detalle y capacidad para trabajar en entornos de alto volumen y ritmo exigente.
  • Mentalidad comercial, iniciativa y capacidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Flexibilidad y disposición para trabajar entre Dubái e Ibiza según la estacionalidad del negocio.
  • Dominio del inglés y español. Se valorarán otros idiomas. Permiso para trabajar en España.
