Alphanumeric recrute un opérateur d'entrepôt pour travailler à Saint-Laurent, au Québec, au sein de l'une des plus grandes entreprises pharmaceutiques au monde.

Conformément aux directives établies et aux bonnes pratiques de fabrication, les principales tâches de l'opérateur d'emballage consistent à réceptionner, préparer et fournir les matières premières, les composants, les marchandises en vrac et les produits finis, ainsi qu'à assurer leur distribution. Les tâches de l'opérateur d'entrepôt comprennent toutes les tâches de nettoyage, de réception, d'échantillonnage, de manutention des composants, des marchandises en vrac et des matières premières, ainsi que les tâches de distribution.

Conditions:

  • Salaire : 28.96 CA$/heure + prime de quart applicable (1,50 CAD/heure pour les quarts de soir et 2,50 CAD/heure pour les quarts de nuit)
  • Emploi : 6 mois, avec de fortes chances de renouvellement
  • Heures de travail : Quarts de travail par rotation, y compris les fins de semaine et les quarts de nuit. Exigences:

  • Maîtrise obligatoire du français
  • Expérience en conduite de chariot élévateur requise
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.
  • Formation théorique et pratique réussie de conducteur de chariot élévateur.
  • Permis de conduire de classe 5 valide au Canada.
  • Connaissance des BPF (un atout).
  • Deux ans d'expérience dans le domaine pharmaceutique ou dans un domaine connexe (un atout).
  • Compétences mécaniques et connaissances informatiques.

Tâches et responsabilités essentielles:

  • Conduite de chariots élévateurs (à conducteur accompagnant, Gerber, à contrepoids, à quai)
  • Retournement et lavage de palettes
  • Entretien et maintenance des équipements et des outils de travail
  • Déballage et nettoyage des équipements, manutention des marchandises et étiquetage des équipements
  • Emballage et mise sous film des palettes, vérification et identification des équipements, et inventaire physique
  • Livraison des marchandises (déplacement des palettes), chargement et déchargement des camions, vérification et inspection des camions
  • Manipulation des déchets et du recyclage, impression des fiches de poids
  • Effectuer des transactions informatiques de base (y compris VL31N)
  • Peut être appelé à participer à des comités d'équipe selon les besoins (par exemple, HSE, excellence opérationnelle, CCM, projets spéciaux, évaluation des emplois, etc.
  • Peut être appelé à effectuer des tâches de suivi de la formation (mise à jour des programmes de formation, combinaison de modules, mise à jour des procédures, etc.)

Alphanumeric is hiring a Warehouse Operator to work in Montreal, QC, with one of the biggest pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in the world.

In accordance with established guidelines and in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, the primary tasks of the packaging operator include: receiving, preparing, and supplying raw materials, components, bulk goods, and finished products, as well as ensuring their distribution. The warehouse operator's duties include all cleaning, receiving, sampling, handling of components, bulk goods, and raw materials, and distribution tasks.

Please be aware we can only hire people already based in Canada with fully legal and valid documentation to work in Canada.

Conditions:

  • Salary: 28.96 CAD/hour + applicable shift differential (1.50 CAD/hour for evening shifts and 2.50 CAD/hour for night shifts)
  • Employment: 6 months with high potential for renewal
  • Working Hours: Rotational shifts including weekends and night shifts. Must be available to work any shift, as the shifts can frequently changeDay shift: 7am-3pm Evening shift: 3pm-11pm Night shift: 11pm-7am
  • Mandatory to be available for all shifts, including nights, as per the company's needs
  • Work Location: 1025 Boulevard Marcel Laurin, Saint-Laurent, Quebec
  • Mandatory to be based in Canada with valid documentation (PR or valid Work Permit + valid SIN)

Requirements:

  • Mandatory to be fluent in French
  • Must have forklift experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful completion of theoretical and practical forklift operator training
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Knowledge of GMP (an asset)
  • 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related field (an asset)
  • Mechanical skills and computer knowledge

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operating forklifts (walkie, Gerber, counterbalanced, dock stocker)
  • Pallet reversal, pallet washing
  • Maintenance and servicing of equipment and work tools
  • Unpacking and cleaning equipment, handling goods, and labeling equipment
  • Packing equipment and pallet wrapping, checking and identifying equipment, and physical inventory count
  • Delivering goods (pallet movement), loading and unloading trucks, and truck verification and inspection
  • Waste and recycling handling, printing weight sheets
  • Performing basic computer transactions (including VL31N)
  • May be called upon to participate in team committees as required (e.g., HSE, operational excellence, CCM, special projects, job evaluation, etc.
  • May be called upon to perform training follow-up tasks (updating training curricula, combining modules, updating procedures, etc.)
