Alpharun is an applied AI company that helps leading enterprises hire and train their frontline teams. Our platform fully automates candidate assessments and ongoing performance monitoring, enabling companies to build high-performing teams at scale.

As an Applied AI Engineer, you'll join an extremely talented and hard-working engineering team to build best-in-class, AI-first software experiences for enterprise customers. You'll have broad exposure to AI technical and product challenges while contributing to the rapid growth of an early-stage startup. This is a demanding but rewarding role with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

Our founders, Paul and Henry Dornier, are twins and second-time founders that previously sold their first company before leading product, engineering, and marketing teams at Front. Rapid growth: We launched in December, and our customers have already used Alpharun to hire and train tens of thousands of employees in 20+ countries. Culture: We have an extremely high talent bar and expect a lot from everyone, because exceptional outcomes require exceptional commitment. We’ll be most excited if you have: Experience building AI-first products and driving business outcomes. A track record of getting things done in roles with high levels of ambiguity and accountability. Extreme ambition and high expectations of yourself and the team you work with.
