Das Alpl Resort ist ein naturnaher Rückzugsort inmitten der steirischen Bergwelt - ein Ort der Ruhe, Herzlichkeit und alpinen Gemütlichkeit. Um unseren Gästen ein rundum gepflegtes und wohltuendes Urlaubserlebnis zu bieten, suchen wir engagiertes Personal für unseren Betrieb. 1 Hausmeister/in Ihre Aufgaben:

* Allgemeine Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten im und rund um das Hotel

* Pflege der Außenanlagen (Blumen, Wiesen, Wege und andere Grünflächen)

* Betreuung und Wartung der technischen Anlagen

* Kleinere handwerkliche Arbeiten und Ausbesserungen

* Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf dem gesamten Gelände

* Winterdienst (Schneeräumen und Streuen der Gehwege)

Ihr Profil:

* Handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Idealerweise Erfahrung als Hausmeister oder in einem handwerklichen Beruf

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und effiziente Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches Auftreten und Teamgeist

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

* Eigener PKW zur Erreichung des Arbeitsortes erforderlich

Wir bieten:

* 5-Tage-Woche (40 Stunden)

* Bruttogehalt ab € 2200 pro Monat (je nach Qualifikation)

* Unterkunft auf Anfrage
