Dein Job

- Handwerkliche Aufgaben in den und rund um unsere Firmengebäude sowie an weiteren Liegenschaften im Umfeld

- Instandhaltung der Gebäude einschließlich technischer Einrichtungen und Sanitäranlagen

- Wartung der firmeneigenen KFZ

- Überstellung von Fahrzeugen bei Bedarf

- Wartung der Grünflächen, Pflege der Außenanlagen

- Winterdienst inkl. Schneeräumung um Firmengebäude Mo-Fr: ab 06:00

- Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern und Überwachung von Wartungsverträgen

- Entleerung der Müllbehälter

- Erledigung sonstiger anfallender haustechnischer Arbeiten

Du bringst mit

- Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise

- Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position von Vorteil

- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit technischen Anlagen und in der Gebäudeinstandhaltung von Vorteil

- Handwerkliches Geschick

- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Maschinen

- Körperliche Belastbarkeit

- Führerschein Klasse B
