Técnico/a de Consultoría y Toma de Muestras – Zaragoza y alrededores

Ubicación: Zaragoza y área de influencia Departamento: Consultoría / Operaciones de Campo Importante: La residencia del candidato ha de ser en Zaragoza y alrededores

Objetivo del puesto

Incorporar una persona polivalente que combine la ejecución de trabajos de campo y toma de muestras con la realización de servicios de consultoría técnica. Será responsable de desarrollar los trabajos asignados con autonomía, rigor técnico y orientación al cliente, garantizando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos, los requisitos legales y las normas de seguridad aplicables.

La distribución entre trabajos de consultoría y toma de muestras será flexible y se adaptará a la carga de trabajo y a las necesidades operativas de la zona de Zaragoza.

Funciones principales

Toma de muestras y trabajos de campo

  • Planificar y realizar visitas a instalaciones de clientes en Zaragoza y zonas próximas.
  • Ejecutar la toma de muestras conforme a los procedimientos, normas técnicas y planes de muestreo establecidos.
  • Realizar mediciones y controles in situ utilizando los equipos correspondientes.
  • Preparar, revisar y mantener en correcto estado los equipos y materiales necesarios.
  • Identificar, conservar, acondicionar y transportar adecuadamente las muestras.
  • Cumplimentar la documentación de campo, registros, actas y cadenas de custodia.
  • Coordinar la entrega de muestras al laboratorio y realizar el seguimiento de los trabajos.
  • Detectar y comunicar incidencias, desviaciones o necesidades identificadas durante las visitas.
  • Cumplir los procedimientos de prevención de riesgos laborales, calidad y medioambiente.
  • Mantener una comunicación profesional y fluida con el cliente durante la ejecución del servicio.

Consultoría técnica

  • Realizar visitas técnicas, inspecciones, diagnósticos y toma de datos en las instalaciones de los clientes.
  • Analizar la información disponible e interpretar los resultados obtenidos.
  • Elaborar informes técnicos, evaluaciones, propuestas de actuación y documentación asociada a los proyectos.
  • Asesorar al cliente sobre requisitos técnicos, normativos y operativos dentro del ámbito de competencia.
  • Colaborar en la preparación de ofertas, presupuestos y propuestas técnicas.
  • Planificar y hacer seguimiento de los proyectos asignados, controlando plazos y entregables.
  • Presentar y explicar los resultados y recomendaciones al cliente.
  • Mantener actualizados los conocimientos sobre normativa y metodologías técnicas aplicables.
  • Identificar nuevas necesidades del cliente y oportunidades de ampliación de servicios.
  • Coordinarse con laboratorios, personal de campo, responsables técnicos y otras áreas de la organización.

Responsabilidades generales

  • Garantizar la calidad, trazabilidad y fiabilidad de los trabajos realizados.
  • Cumplir los plazos acordados con los clientes.
  • Gestionar adecuadamente la documentación y los registros de cada servicio.
  • Trabajar con autonomía, organizando rutas, visitas y prioridades.
  • Cuidar los equipos, materiales y vehículos puestos a disposición.
  • Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos y procedimientos.
  • Representar a la empresa ante el cliente con profesionalidad y orientación al servicio.
