1. Técnico de Organoléptico y Análisis Sensorial

Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un/a Técnico/a de CFGS en dietética, laboratorio, nutrición, calidad alimentaría, tecnología de los alimentos y similares, para realizar Análisis Sensorial e integrarse en el equipo de Sensorial, participando en la ejecución de ensayos organolépticos y apoyo en estudios sensoriales conforme a estándares internos y acreditados.

Requisitos

  • Formación técnica (FP, grado o similar) en laboratorio, calidad, nutrición, o afines.
  • Persona organizada, metódica y orientada al detalle.
  • Actitud proactiva, responsable y con motivación por el trabajo en laboratorio.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Capacidad analítica y pensamiento crítico.
  • Habilidad para la resolución de incidencias.
  • Capacidad de adaptación a diferentes tipos de ensayos y cargas de trabajo.
  • Se valorará:Manejo de Excel (nivel usuario/medio). Conocimiento de sistemas LIMS. Experiencia previa en análisis sensorial o laboratorio.

Funciones

  • Realización de análisis organoléptico de productos de acuerdo con protocolos establecidos.
  • Realización de análisis físicos de productos alimenticios de acuerdo con protocolos establecidos.
  • Ejecución de ensayos sensoriales para control de calidad y estudios comparativos.
  • Verificación del estado y condiciones de equipos, materiales y salas de ensayo.
  • Apoyo en la gestión y ejecución de paneles sensoriales acreditados:Recepción, registro y codificación de muestras. Preparación y acondicionamiento de muestras. Distribución y servicio de muestras a panelistas. Control del correcto desarrollo de las sesiones. Mantenimiento del orden y limpieza de la sala de catas. Seguimiento de necesidades de los catadores durante las pruebas.
  • Registro riguroso de resultados conforme a los procedimientos internos.

Retribución anual bruta : 19.472,96.-€ ( Grupo 7)

Turnos rotativos:

Turno de mañana: L-J: 07:15-15:00 y Vier: 08:00-15:00

Turnos de tarde: L-J: 13:45-21:30 y Vier: 14:00-21:00

Durante las vacaciones del compañero el horario será de

L-J: 11:00 - 18:45

V: 11:00 - 18:00

*El horario establecido podrá ser modificado según las necesidades del Departamento, previa comunicación y acuerdo con el técnico.
