A BRZ Empreendimentos está ampliando sua operação comercial em São Pedro da Aldeia e busca profissionais com perfil comercial, boa comunicação e vontade de aumentar seu potencial de ganhos no mercado imobiliário.

Não é necessário já ter experiência como corretor. Profissionais vindos de vendas, varejo, seguros, consórcios, veículos, telecom, serviços financeiros ou atendimento comercial também podem construir uma carreira no setor.

A empresa oferece treinamento, estrutura comercial e suporte para formação em TTI e obtenção do CRECI.

SOBRE O DESAFIO

Você fará parte da operação comercial da BRZ Empreendimentos, atendendo clientes interessados na compra do imóvel próprio e acompanhando toda a jornada comercial, desde o primeiro contato até o fechamento.

Mais do que experiência prévia no mercado imobiliário, buscamos pessoas com iniciativa, disciplina, capacidade de criar relacionamento e disposição para desenvolver uma carreira comercial.

O QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER

  • Atender clientes interessados na compra de imóveis;
  • Identificar perfil, necessidades e momento de compra de cada cliente;
  • Apresentar empreendimentos e condições comerciais;
  • Realizar atendimento consultivo e conduzir negociações;
  • Fazer acompanhamento e follow-up das oportunidades;
  • Utilizar ferramentas digitais e CRM para organização da carteira;
  • Participar de visitas, apresentações, plantões e ações comerciais;
  • Desenvolver novos relacionamentos e oportunidades de negócio;
  • Participar dos treinamentos comerciais oferecidos pela empresa.

Experiência

Não é necessário possuir experiência anterior no mercado imobiliário.
