VAGA: MEIO OFICIAL DE MANUTENÇÃO PREDIAL

Horário e Regime:

Horário: 10h às 22h

Escala: 12x36 (12 horas de trabalho × 36 horas de folga)

Regime: Tempo integral

Principais Atividades:

1. Reparos e Manutenções Prediais

- Executar manutenções preventivas e corretivas nas estruturas do prédio

- Reparos em alvenaria, revestimentos e acabamentos

- Consertos em portas, janelas e fechaduras

- Manutenção de escadas, corrimãos e estruturas de segurança

2. Serviços de Pintura

- Preparação de superfícies (limpeza, massa e lixamento)

- Pintura interna e externa

- Aplicação de vernizes e seladores

- Manutenção de cores e acabamentos

3. Pequenos Consertos e Ajustes

- Instalação e reparo de vidros

- Substituição de itens danificados (azulejos, placas, etc.)

- Pequenas soldagens e fixações

- Reparo de mobiliário e equipamentos simples

4. Inspeções nas Instalações

- Vistoria periódica de áreas comuns

- Identificação de problemas estruturais ou de segurança

- Relatórios de manutenção preventiva

- Acompanhamento de áreas prioritárias

5. Limpeza e Organização

- Limpeza da área de trabalho ao final do turno

- Organização de ferramentas e materiais

- Descarte correto de resíduos de trabalho

Perfil do Candidato:

Formação e Experiência:

- Ensino Médio completo

- Experiência mínima de 2 anos em manutenção predial

- Vivência com ferramentas manuais e elétricas

- Conhecimento em pintura e pequenos reparos

Competências Técnicas:

- Domínio de ferramentas de trabalho (chaves, martelo, furadeira, etc.)

- Noções de segurança do trabalho em altura

- Capacidade de leitura de plantas e especificações simples

- Conhecimento básico de hidráulica e eletricidade predial

Competências Comportamentais:

- Comprometimento com prazos e qualidade

- Responsabilidade e atenção aos detalhes

- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe

- Proatividade na identificação de problemas

- Comunicação clara e disposição em receber feedback

- Adaptabilidade a diferentes tipos de tarefas

Diferenciais:

- NR-35 (Trabalho em Altura) atualizada
