Als Werkstudent/in im HR-Team unterstützt du uns dabei, die richtigen Kollegen und Kolleginnen für den neuen Alsterpavillon zu finden und beim Start zu begleiten. Du arbeitest eng mit uns zusammen, bekommst echte Verantwortung und lernst den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess in einem lebendigen Gastronomiebetrieb kennen – dabei packst du bei Bedarf auch bei administrativen Aufgaben im HR-Alltag mit an.

Der Rahmen: Der neue Alsterpavillon ist mehr als ein Gastronomiebetrieb – er ist ein Neuanfang mit Geschichte und Zukunft im Herzen von Hamburg. Dich erwartet ein lebendiger Betrieb mit hoher Gästezahl, in dem klare Abläufe und ein funktionierendes Team die Grundlage für konstant guten Service bilden.

Tätigkeitsbereich

  • Unterstützung im gesamten Recruiting-Prozess, von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Zusage
  • Pflege von Stellenanzeigen und Bewerbungen in unserem Bewerbermanagementsystem (Personio)
  • Erste Sichtung von Bewerbungen und Kommunikation mit Bewerber:innen
  • Koordination und Organisation von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Probearbeitstagen
  • Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Mitarbeitender
  • Mitarbeit bei administrativen HR-Aufgaben (z. B. Pflege von Personalakten und Mitarbeiterdaten, Vorbereitung von Verträgen und Dokumenten)
  • Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung des Teams nach Bedarf

Anforderungsprofil

  • Eingeschriebene:r Student:in, idealerweise im Bereich Personalmanagement, BWL, Psychologie oder einem verwandten Studiengang
  • Erste Erfahrung im HR-Bereich oder Recruiting wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Freundliches, sicheres Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Diskreter Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Interesse an Gastronomie und Freude an der Arbeit im Team
