Buscamos um(a) profissional organizado(a), proativo(a) e com perfil hands-on para atuar no suporte às iniciativas de desenvolvimento, capacitação e integração dos colaboradores.

Essa pessoa será responsável por apoiar a organização e operacionalização de treinamentos, acompanhar agendas, realizar alinhamentos com instrutores e parceiros e garantir que as atividades aconteçam de forma estruturada e eficiente.

Procuramos alguém com facilidade de relacionamento, capacidade de execução, atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para lidar com diferentes demandas e prioridades.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Organizar e acompanhar o calendário de treinamentos e capacitações internas.
  • Realizar agendamento de salas, controle de agendas e alinhamento com participantes.
  • Fazer contato com instrutores, palestrantes e parceiros externos.
  • Organizar convites, comunicados e orientações aos participantes.
  • Acompanhar confirmações, listas de presença e avaliações das atividades.
  • Preparar materiais, equipamentos e recursos necessários para as capacitações.
  • Apoiar a organização de encontros corporativos, reuniões e ações internas.
  • Auxiliar na logística de integração e desenvolvimento de novos colaboradores.
  • Realizar cotações e contato com fornecedores, quando necessário.
  • Apoiar as demandas administrativas e operacionais da área de Recursos Humanos.
  • Acompanhar cronogramas e garantir o cumprimento dos prazos e entregas.

Requisitos

  • Experiência em atividades administrativas, treinamento e desenvolvimento ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência com organização de agendas, treinamentos e atividades corporativas.
  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Facilidade para lidar com diferentes públicos e fornecedores.
