Wil jij ontdekken hoe veelzijdig HR is? Tijdens je stage bij Altares Dun & Bradstreet doe je ervaring op binnen verschillende HR-disciplines, van Recruitment en Learning & Development tot HR-projecten en Performance & Development.

Wat ga je doen?

  • HR-projecten: meewerken aan projecten rondom nieuwe wet- en regelgeving, zoals loontransparantie, en het verbeteren van HR-processen.
  • Performance & Development: ondersteunen bij performance management, talentontwikkeling en de ontwikkeling van medewerkers.
  • HR Data Management: beheren en verbeteren van HR-data en personeelsinformatie.
  • Recruitment: cv’s screenen, contact onderhouden met kandidaten en deelnemen aan sollicitatiegesprekken.
  • Learning & Development: meedenken over opleidingen en trainingen.
  • HR-administratie: ondersteunen bij diverse administratieve werkzaamheden.

Daarnaast is er volop ruimte voor jouw eigen ideeën en initiatieven!

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je studeert voor een HRM bachelor of MBO-4;
  • Goede communicatie- en schrijfvaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels;
  • Flexibel met een hands-on aanpak en proactief;
  • Zeer georganiseerd en detailgericht. Je houdt van to-dolijstjes;
  • Een snelle leerling die gedijt in een snel veranderende omgeving.
