Le poste – Chargé(e) de Recouvrement BtoB

Au sein du pôle Order to Cash (OTC), rattaché à la Direction Financière, vous rejoignez l’équipe Cash Collection, composée de deux personnes. Votre mission principale : mener des actions de recouvrement amiable BtoB pour réduire l’encours client, améliorer le DSO et optimiser la trésorerie.

Vos missions et responsabilités

  • Mener des actions de relances et pré-relances amiables sur l’ensemble des portefeuilles confiés
  • Être responsable des prévisions d’encaissements (créances échues et à échoir) et du suivi quotidien
  • Organiser et animer les réunions hebdomadaires (cash review / équipes commerciales)
  • Assurer le suivi des litiges en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et transverses
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les services ADV, comptabilité et commerce

Compétences relationnelles requises

  • Rigueur et organisation

  • Dynamisme et implication
  • Aisance relationnelle et bonne expression orale

Compétences techniques requises

  • Maîtrise des notions comptables (débit/crédit, ODG, avoir)
  • Maîtrise du Pack Office
  • Excel – niveau confirmé indispensable
  • Orientation résultats
  • Connaissance de Sage X3 (souhaitée)

Formation / Expérience

  • Expérience de 2 à 3 ans dans le recouvrement de créances BtoB
  • Niveau Bac +2 minimum
