💛 Sobre a vaga

📍 Presencial – São Carlos/SP Buscamos Analista de Customer Experience para atuar na linha de frente do nosso atendimento, investigando e solucionando as dores dos nossos clientes com agilidade, empatia e visão analítica.

Nesta posição, você navegará por múltiplos sistemas simultaneamente para resolver casos do dia a dia dos produtos Novücard e clientes B2B. Além do suporte direto, você terá o papel de utilizar os dados e históricos de atendimento para identificar padrões de falhas, traduzir regras de negócio complexas de forma simples, propor melhorias contínuas para a operação e atuar como ponte entre o cliente e nossos times internos.

💛 Principais responsabilidades:

  • Prestar atendimento empático aos clientes Novücard e B2B nos canais oficiais, acompanhando os casos até a solução final;
  • Operar múltiplos sistemas e analisar o histórico do cliente para identificar gargalos e resolver casos com precisão;
  • Registrar e categorizar os motivos de contato com rigor técnico, realizando escalonamentos para outras áreas quando necessário;
  • Testar novos processos, ferramentas e regras de negócio, auxiliando a equipe na adaptação sem perder a fluidez operacional;
  • Mapear problemas recorrentes, propor soluções práticas à liderança e compartilhar conhecimento com o time;
  • Apoiar, quando necessário, outras frentes da área como Cobrança, Cards e Plataformas Públicas.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em nosso escritório em São Carlos/SP, de segunda à sexta, em um dos seguintes turnos: Turno 1: das 07h às 13h20 Ensino superior cursando ou completo (Humanas ou Exatas).
  • Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente ou operações com alta demanda e navegação em múltiplos sistemas (CRMs, telefonia, ferramentas de backoffice/IA).
  • Excelente comunicação escrita e falada, com habilidade para traduzir termos e regras complexas de forma simples.
  • Raciocínio lógico e olhar analítico para conduzir conversas em tempo real com o cliente, investigando históricos para identificar a causa raiz sem perder o foco na experiência.
  • Disciplina e rigor no preenchimento de registros, históricos e tickets.
  • Resiliência, equilíbrio emocional para lidar com situações de crise e facilidade de adaptação a mudanças rápidas de processos e ferramentas.
