About the Role

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to support business growth. You will oversee campaigns, manage channels, and collaborate with internal teams to drive demand, engagement, and performance across marketing activities.

This role is suited for professionals who are strategic, data-driven, and comfortable owning marketing performance end to end.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Manage and optimize marketing channels and budgets • Monitor performance metrics and campaign effectiveness • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners • Develop messaging and positioning aligned with business goals • Analyze data and generate performance reports • Test, iterate, and improve marketing strategies • Maintain documentation and marketing processes

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in marketing or a related role • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools • Experience managing campaigns and performance metrics • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
