Description du poste

Nous recherchons un AI engineering Back & Mobile Lead Senior pour concevoir, intégrer et déployer des briques et modèles d'Intelligence Artificielle au coeur du nouveau système d'encaissement pour optimiser les performances opérationnelles, la fiabilité des traitements et l'expérience en point de vente.

Ses missions :

  • Architecture IA, Modulaire & Omnicanale : Conception et intégration de composants IA au sein d'une architecture modulaire, évolutive et interconnectée en temps réel avec l'écosystème SI. Déploiement de modèles prédictifs et d'automatisation pour soutenir les enjeux d'encaissement omnicanal.
  • Optimisation de l'Expérience Utilisateur (UX) via l'IA : Intégration de fonctionnalités d'assistance intelligente sur les interfaces de caisse pour fluidifier les parcours vendeurs. Réduction du temps d'attente en point de vente grâce à l'optimisation des flux et des traitements.
  • Sécurisation, Performance & Fiabilisation : Exploitation de l'IA pour la détection d'anomalies, la prévention des erreurs et la sécurisation des flux de caisse. Garantie de la conformité globale, de la haute disponibilité et de la performance des modèles en production.

Qualifications

Compétences requises :

Must have

  • Utilisation de l'IA Agentique pour concevoir, développer et maintenir des applications robustes et scalables avec Java, Spring Boot et Vue.js
  • Architecturer des solutions microservices et event-driven
  • Gérer les bases de données relationnelles et orientées document

Nice to Have

  • Appliquer les principes DevOps notamment CI/CD
  • Utiliser le versionning avec Git
  • Intégrer les principes de craftsmanship et les bonnes pratiques telles que SOLID, YAGNI et la couverture de tests avec Sonar
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de la qualité du produit et des pratiques de développement

Profil recherché :

  • Bac + 5 en informatique ou équivalent
  • Profil ayant minimum 10 ans d'expérience.
  • Expérience de plus de 2 ans en AI Building.
  • Une expérience dans le secteur du retail / grande distribution constituerait un avantage
  • Expérience de plus de 10 ans en Dev Java/Spring Boot.
