Description du poste

Pour renforcer son pôle Data & Analytics, la Direction des Systèmes d’Information du groupe ALTEN recrute un Data Analyst spécialisé en modélisation et visualisation de données, sous la responsabilité du Responsable Data.

Missions principales

  • Créer et alimenter des sources de données dans le data lake (SAP Datasphere, data lake AWS).
  • Harmoniser et modéliser les données pour garantir leur cohérence et leur exploitabilité.
  • Connecter et développer des rapports interactifs sous Power BI pour répondre aux besoins métiers.
  • Analyser les données, repérer des tendances, des patterns et des anomalies pour orienter les décisions.

Qualifications

Formation / Expérience

  • Diplômé d’une école d’ingénieurs ou titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5)
  • Minimum 4 ans d’expérience (hors alternance)

Compétences techniques

  • Première expérience en création de sources de données dans un data lake.
  • Maîtrise de SAP Datasphere, AWS et SQL (atouts majeurs).
  • Contrôle de gestion, reporting financier
  • Expérience : 3 à 4 ans en Power BI (connexion aux sources, modélisation, création de rapports).

Qualités personnelles

  • Appétence marquée pour l’analyse et la curiosité face aux données.

Langues et mobilité

  • Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais (écrit et oral)
