Description du poste

Pour renforcer son pôle Infra, Sécurité & Cloud, la Direction des Opérations du groupe ALTEN recrute un Chef de Projet Administration Infrastructure, spécialisé en support applicatif et administration systèmes.

Missions principales

  • Assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) des applications critiques.
  • Déployer les correctifs et nouvelles versions applicatives.
  • Analyser les logs et stack traces pour identifier et résoudre les anomalies.
  • Gérer le cycle de vie des incidents via ServiceNow (création, suivi, clôture).
  • Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique sur Confluence.
  • Former les nouveaux arrivants et accompagner la montée en compétences de l’équipe.

Qualifications

Formation / Expérience

  • Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieurs ou titulaire d’un Master (Bac+5) en informatique ou systèmes & réseaux.
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en administration infrastructure et support applicatif de niveau 2, idéalement dans un environnement critique ou à forte volumétrie.

Compétences techniques

  • Dynatrace (monitoring & analyse de performance)
  • ServiceNow (gestion des incidents & tickets)
  • Confluence (documentation technique)
  • ITIL (gestion des processus et bonnes pratiques)
  • Active Directory & analyse de logs / stack traces

Qualités personnelles

  • Sens des responsabilités et rigueur
  • Capacité d’analyse et résolution de problèmes
  • Autonomie
  • Esprit d’équipe et sens du service
  • Compétences en communication technique

Langues et mobilité

  • Maîtrise professionnelle du français (écrit et oral).
  • Bon niveau d’anglais technique apprécié.
  • Déplacements ponctuels possibles selon les projets.
