🎯 Votre futur stage : Chargé(e) de Recrutement – Business Partner RH

Nous recrutons un(e) stagiaire Chargé(e) de Recrutement pour le secteur du nucléaire sur Lyon.

Basé(e) à Lyon, vous couvrirez l’ensemble de la région AURA pour vos missions de recrutement.

Vous aimez les environnements dynamiques ? Vous avez le goût du challenge ? En tant que Chargé(e) de Recrutement, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de nos équipes d’ingénieurs. Véritable Business Partner RH, vous êtes au cœur du processus de recrutement.

Vos missions :

  • 📌 Identifier et analyser les besoins en recrutement avec les managers
  • 🔍 Mettre en œuvre une stratégie de sourcing efficace (jobboards, réseaux sociaux, viviers, etc.)
  • 📝 Rédiger et diffuser les offres d’emploi sur les canaux les plus pertinents
  • 📞 Conduire les entretiens RH téléphoniques et valider les candidatures
  • 🤝 Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles pour le suivi de vos candidats
  • 📊 Gérer l’aspect administratif via notre ERP/CRM (fiches candidats, suivis, évaluations)
  • 📢 Participer à la communication RH et à la promotion de notre marque employeur
  • 🎓 Contribuer aux relations écoles, forums emploi, salons, et événements de recrutement

Qualifications

Profil recherché :

  • Etudiant en Master 2 (Commerce, RH, Droit social...), vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage de fin d'études et le monde du recrutement vous attire.
  • Vous avez le sens du service, l’esprit d’équipe et une vraie aisance relationnelle
  • Organisé(e), réactif(ve), vous savez mener plusieurs projets de front avec efficacité
  • Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils digitaux et les environnements exigeants
  • Une appétence commerciale et un goût pour le résultat sont vos meilleurs atouts pour réussir.
  • Un engagement quotidien dans le poste avec à la clé une poursuite en CDI
