- Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to enhance design solutions.

- Collaborate with the Lead Graphic Designer to mentor and enhance the skills of the design team.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong grasp of design principles, layout, composition, typography, and color theory.

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative design solutions.

- Effective visual communication skills to convey messages and stories through design.

- Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines.

- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.

- Flexibility to adapt to evolving design requirements and trends.

- Awareness of graphic design trends, emerging technologies, and industry dynamics.

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in visualizing and executing online and offline campaigns.

- Minimum of 6 months' experience in the advertising and marketing industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Art/Design or equivalent certification.

- Design certifications showcasing proficiency in design software and principles.
