Motion Graphic Designer

Are you a passionate and creative Motion Graphic Designer ready to shape the visual identity of our projects? We're seeking a skilled individual to join our team and deliver high-quality motion graphic design solutions across various mediums. As a Motion Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring client satisfaction, effective resource utilisation, and continuous excellence in design.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently create visually engaging animations and motion graphics aligned with project requirements and timelines.
  • Maintain design standards, guidelines, and processes for both one-time and retainer projects.
  • Ensure high-quality motion graphic content creation with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Actively participate in client meetings and presentations, incorporating feedback to enhance visual content.
  • Optimize resource allocation for timely delivery of visual content.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in video and audio editing software such as Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong grasp of design principles, layout, composition, typography, and color theory.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative design solutions.
  • Effective visual communication skills to convey messages and stories through design.
  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving design requirements and trends.
  • Awareness of motion graphic design trends, emerging technologies, and industry dynamics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing visual or art teams at an advertising/digital/marketing agency.
  • In-depth knowledge of the advertising and marketing industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Art/Design or equivalent certification.
  • Video editing courses or certifications showcasing proficiency in video editing software.
  • Participation in various categories of videography/editing contests, if any.
