Wir gestalten die Pflege von morgen! Bei der Stiftung APW entwickeln wir unsere Pflegeabteilungen weiter und verbinden stationäre Pflege und Spitex zu einem starken, zukunftsorientierten Pflegeangebot. Wir setzen auf Arbeits- und Projektgruppen und bauen Fachverantwortungen gezielt aus. Dafür suchen wir engagierte Persönlichkeiten, die diesen Weg mit uns gehen und aktiv mitgestalten möchten.

Du übernimmst Verantwortung, arbeitest gerne selbständig und schätzt ein starkes Miteinander? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Du betreust und pflegst unsere Bewohner mit Fachkompetenz, Herz und Empathie. Du sorgst für eine sichere und wertschätzende Atmosphäre und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Bereichen im Haus sowie externen Stellen zusammen. Dabei setzen wir auf das Bezugspersonensystem und eine persönliche Betreuung.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du bist Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ und arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst und strukturiert.
  • BESA QSys und die elektronische Pflegedokumentation sind dir vertraut.
  • Kinästhetics setzt du gezielt in deinem Pflegealltag ein.
  • Du bringst dich gerne in Projekte ein und hast Freude daran, die Pflege weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Qualität ist dir wichtig und du packst gerne mit an.
  • Du begleitest Lernende mit Freude und Engagement.
