ALTRAD ENDEL, recrute un Agent de Contrôle Non Destructif pour rejoindre ses équipes à Fos-sur-Mer.

Agent de Contrôle Non Destructif (H/F)

Fos-sur-Mer (13) – CDI

À partir de dossiers techniques, des directives ou exigences réglementaires, il contrôle l’homogénéité des matériaux métalliques avant et pendant la fabrication, en utilisant des procédés qui ne détruisent pas le matériau : ultrasons, magnétoscopie et ressuage.

Ci-dessous, une liste non exhaustive des missions de l'Agent CND :

  • Il établit avec son supérieur hiérarchique et applique les procédures de contrôle.
  • Il vérifie la qualité des produits métalliques soudés (structures minces ou épaisses en acier, alliages légers) à tous les stades de la fabrication. Il emploie des procédés de contrôle surfaciques(magnétoscopie, ressuage) et volumiques (radiographie et ultrasons) selon sa certification.
  • Il repère, positionne et identifie les défauts dans les pièces, structures ou assemblages et renseigne
  • les documents de contrôle (PV ou fiche de suivi).
  • Il s’assure que les non-conformités aux textes réglementaires et spécifications du client soient clairement identifiées. Il en recherche les causes et s’assure de la mise en place des actions correctives.
  • L’activité implique une actualisation des connaissances et des technologies de contrôle utilisées et leur applicabilité.
  • L’activité s’exerce dans le respect des normes de sécurité

Spécificités : L’emploi implique des déplacements sur site.

  • Le métier requiert :
  • Une certification COFREND . Il existe 3 échelons de certification (COFREND I, II ou III) correspondant à des niveaux d'exécution pour toutes les méthodes de contrôle ( ultrasons, magnétoscopie et ressuage).
