Chef d’équipe en tuyauterie pour rejoindre ses équipes de Fos sur Mer

Chef d’équipe en tuyauterie (H/F)

Fos Sur Mer (13) – CDI

Rôle indispensable à l’entreprise, en qualité de chef d’équipe en tuyauterie, devrez seconder le chef de chantier dans l’accomplissement de son travail de coordination des moyens techniques et humains et assurer l’interface entre celui-ci et les ouvriers.

Ci-dessous, une liste non exhaustive des missions qui vous seront affectées :

  • Encadrer une équipe d’ouvriers.
  • Recueillir les documents applicables pour la réalisation des travaux par votre équipe et dans ce cadre être l’interlocuteur des équipes opérationnelles du client.
  • Être garant du bon déroulement des travaux réalisés : conformité avec le cahier des charges, délais, qualité, mise à disposition du client de l’outil de production.
  • Veiller à faire respecter le plan de prévention mis en place, ainsi que le planning des causeries sécurité.
  • Faire appliquer par votre équipe les normes de sécurité et de protection individuelle. Mettre en sécurité les éléments consignés en coordination avec le client et alerter la hiérarchie en cas de situations dangereuses sur le plan de la sécurité.
  • Renseigner les documents contractuels (plans de contrôle, gamme d'intervention…), le rapport de fin d'intervention, les PV d'essais, de contrôle et d’épreuves.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes diplômé d’une formation type CAP, BAC Pro Technicien en Chaudronnerie Industrielle (TCI) ou équivalent.
  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée de plus de 5 ans sur des fonctions similaires ainsi qu’en management d’équipe dans le secteur de la Tuyauterie Industrielle
  • Vous souhaitez découvrir le milieu industriel auprès d' une entreprise ancrée dans le paysage industriel français.
