ALTRAD ENDEL recrute un Chef de Chantier (H/F) – CDI

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, ALTRAD ENDEL recherche un Chef de Chantier (H/F) pour intervenir sur nos contrats de maintenance des sous-marins de la Marine nationale.

Véritable relais opérationnel, vous pilotez les interventions sur le terrain et veillez à leur bonne exécution dans le respect des exigences de sécurité, de qualité, de coûts et de délais.

Vos principales missions

  • Préparer, organiser et superviser les travaux sur les chantiers.
  • Encadrer et coordonner les équipes opérationnelles ainsi que les éventuels sous-traitants.
  • Assurer la gestion des moyens humains, matériels et des approvisionnements.
  • Garantir le respect des procédures, des règles de sécurité et des exigences qualité.
  • Assurer le suivi technique et documentaire des interventions.
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié du client sur le terrain.
  • Réaliser le reporting de l'avancement des travaux auprès du Chargé d'Affaires.

Votre profil

  • Formation de type CAP, Bac Pro ou Bac +2 dans un domaine technique (maintenance industrielle, mécanique, chaudronnerie, tuyauterie ou équivalent).
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience confirmée en tant que Chef de Chantier en environnement industriel.
  • Une expérience ou une bonne connaissance du secteur naval, idéalement dans les activités de maintenance des sous-marins, est fortement appréciée.
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Pack Office) ; la connaissance d'un ERP, d'une GMAO ou d'outils de suivi de chantier constitue un atout.
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership, votre sens de l'organisation, votre rigueur et votre capacité à fédérer les équipes.
