Elke week bezorgen onze chauffeurs verse maaltijdboxen bij duizenden klanten thuis. Als Hub Manager zorg je ervoor dat dit elke dag opnieuw vlekkeloos verloopt. Je bent eindverantwoordelijke en de spil van onze last mile operatie: je stuurt een divers team van teamleiders en chauffeurs aan, bewaakt de performance van de hub en bouwt mee aan de groei van HelloFresh in de Benelux.

Dit is een rol met verantwoordelijkheid en zichtbare impact. Je combineert operationeel leiderschap met een scherp oog voor mensen: je motiveert waar je kan, stuurt bij waar het moet en gaat moeilijke gesprekken niet uit de weg. Tegelijkertijd verlies je het grotere plaatje nooit uit het oog. Jij zorgt niet alleen dat de hub vandaag goed draait, maar ook dat ze klaar is voor wat morgen komt. Met jouw aanpak maak je elke dag opnieuw het verschil voor je team, voor onze klanten én voor HelloFresh als geheel.

Wat je doet: The Recipe

  • Je stuurt de dagelijkse operatie aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte, veilige en professionele werkomgeving voor teamleiders en chauffeurs;
  • Je coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt jouw team, en schrikt ook niet terug voor moeilijke gesprekken wanneer dat nodig is;
  • Je bewaakt de performance van de hub via KPI's en rapporteert hierover aan je Area Manager, met een constante focus op verbetering;
  • Je werkt nauw samen met aangrenzende teams en stakeholders om operationele uitdagingen pro-actief aan te pakken;
  • Je beheert roosters, planningen en absenteïsme, en draagt zorg voor de ontwikkeling en beoordeling van je medewerkers;
  • Je houdt toezicht op het wagenpark, de kosten en zorgt voor de naleving van welzijns- en milieuregelgeving.

Wat je meebrengt: The Ingredients

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de logistieke sector, inclusief aantoonbare ervaring in een leidinggevende rol;
  • Sterke people skills: je weet mensen te verbinden en te motiveren, maar durft ook grenzen te stellen en het gesprek aan te gaan;
  • Analytisch en procesmatig denkvermogen, met een hands-on instelling
  • De flexibiliteit om ook in avonden en weekends beschikbaar te zijn;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands én Engels.
